Please read the following Terms carefully.  These Terms apply to the Promotions undertaken by Bovigene NZ Limited (trading as "World Wide Sires NZ" (Promoter)). The Terms may be amended by the Promoter from time to time by updating the Terms on the Promoter's website.

 

1. Prizes

1. "Prizes" (Prizes) means the two separate prizes available under each Promotion, being:

   1. the "Tour Prize" (Tour Prize), which means a space on the "World Wide Sires Global Farm Tour 2026" (Tour) and which includes:

      1. a return flight to the United States of America (USA), that is anticipated to depart on 15 June 2026 from Auckland, New Zealand and to return on 19 June 2026 to Auckland, New Zealand (but subject to final determination by the Promoter) (Travel Period);

      2. accommodation in the USA as part of the World Wide Sires tour group; and

      3. on-farm visits and stops in Ohio and Wisconsin (to be determined by the Promoter); and

   2. the "Travel Credit Prize" (Travel Credit Prize), which means a $3,000 credit to be used solely towards purchasing a space on the Tour. The Travel Credit Prize will be applied by the Promoter on behalf of the winner of the Travel Credit Prize towards:

      1. a return flight to the USA, that is anticipated to depart on 15 June 2026 from Auckland, New Zealand and to return on 19 June 2026 to Auckland, New Zealand (but subject to final determination by the Promoter);

      2. accommodation in the USA as part of the World Wide Sires tour group; and

      3. on-farm visits and stops in Ohio and Wisconsin (to be determined by the Promoter),

2. Both the Tour Prize and the Travel Credit Prize are subject to any terms and conditions that may be notified by the Promoter at its sole and absolute discretion.

3. The winner of the Travel Credit Prize acknowledges and agrees that:

   1. the Travel Credit Prize may only be used towards purchasing a space on the Tour (in the manner set out in clause 1.1(b);

   2. it will be responsible for any costs that relate to the Tour that exceed the value of the Travel Credit Prize (Excess Costs);

   3. it will pay the value of the Excess Costs to the Promoter within 10 days of receiving a request for payment from the Promoter; and

   4. if the winner of the Travel Credit Prize does not pay the value of the Excess Costs to the Promoter in accordance with clause 1.2(c) the Promoter may, in its sole and absolute discretion, cancel the winner's entitlement to the Travel Credit Prize.

2. Conditions of Entry

1. Participants agree to be bound by these Terms and any other requirements set out in the material relating to the Promotions.

2. Entry to the Promotions is open to New Zealand residents who are customers of the Promoter, who are 18 years of age or older, who hold a passport valid for the Travel Period, who are eligible to travel to the USA, and who otherwise satisfy any other eligibility criteria that may be notified to the participant from time to time in accordance with these Terms.

3. Entry is not open to any prior winner of a competition or promotion undertaken by the Promoter (to be determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). In the event that a prior winner is drawn as a winner of any of the Promotions, that winner will be deemed to forfeit their entitlement to either the Tour Prize or Travel Credit Prize (whichever is relevant) and that Prize may be redrawn by the Promoter.

4. Participants cannot be the winner of both the Tour Prize and the Travel Credit Prize. In the event that a participant is drawn as a winner of both draws, that winner will be deemed to forfeit their entitlement to the Travel Credit Prize and the Travel Credit Prize may be redrawn.

5. A participant will receive one (1) entry into the Tour Prize draw for each farm whole herd equivalent bovine semen order they place with the Promoter between 9.00 am on 12 February 2026 and 5.00 pm on 20 May 2026 (NZST) (Tour Prize Promotional Period). A "whole herd equivalent bovine semen order" is an order for genetic product that equates to one unit of semen product per peak cow (female) milked on each individual farm owned by the participant, subject to that order being for a minimum herd size of 100 cows.

6. A participant will receive one (1) entry into the Travel Credit Prize draw if they purchase an amount of "YMCP Vital Bolus" that is equal to or exceeds an amount of this product that would be required to service 50% of their peak milking herd number (to be determined by the Promoter in its sole and absolute discretion). The purchaser's order must occur between 9.00 am on 12 February 2026 and 5.00 pm on 1 May 2026 (NZST) (Travel Credit Prize Promotional Period), subject to that order being for a minimum herd size of 100 cows.

7. For the purposes of clauses 2.5 and 2.6, a participant is eligible for one entry for each order that relates to an individual "farm" with a minimum herd size of 100 cows. Participants with multiple farms will be eligible for multiple entries into the relevant Promotion (on the basis of one (1) entry per farm), provided that such entries otherwise comply with these Terms (including, without limitation, minimum herd size requirements). The Promoter will, in its sole and absolute discretion, determine what constitutes multiple or individual farms for the purposes of the relevant Promotion.  

8. Participants are required to provide to the Promoter their full name, email address, and mobile number.

9. By entering any one of the Promotions, participants give the Promoter permission to contact them in the event that they win one of the Prizes.

10. Participants will not:

    1. engage in any conduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Promotions;

    2. do anything that may diminish the good name or reputation of the Promoter or the Promotions; or

    3. breach any law.

11. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of any participant's eligibility in the event that there is a doubt over their eligibility for any one of the Promotions.

3. Promotions

1. The Promotional Period for the Tour Promotion commences at 9.00 am on 12 February 2026 (NZST) and ends at 5.00 pm on 20 May 2026 (NZST). The Promotional period for the Travel Credit Promotion commences at 9.00 am on 12 February 2026 and ends at 5.00 pm on 1 May 2026 (NZST). Entries received after the relevant closing time will be ineligible for the Promotions. Entries must be received by the Promoter by way of an eligible order made by the participant in accordance with these Terms.

2. Entries received after the closing time of the Tour Prize Promotional Period and the Travel Credit Prize Promotional Period will be ineligible for the relevant draw. Entries must be received by the Promoter by way of an eligible order made by the participant in accordance with these Terms.

3. At the end of the Tour Prize Promotional Period and the Travel Credit Prize Promotional Period (respectively), the Promoter will identify all eligible entries made (based on the Promoter's account records) and submit the eligible entries into the relevant draw. Each draw will comprise all eligible entries, as determined by the Promoter. 

4. There will be separate draws for each the Prizes (occurring by way of a randomised computer draw) to determine the winner of the Prizes.

5. The winner of the Tour Prize will be drawn on 21 May 2026 (NZST) and the winner of the Travel Credit Prize will be drawn on 5 May 2026. Winners will be contacted by phone or email from their Promotion registration details/customer account details after the relevant draw date.

6. If the Promoter, having used reasonable efforts, is unable to contact any winner within 1 week following the draw, or any winner is otherwise not eligible to collect either the Tour Prize or the Travel; Credit Prize (whichever is relevant), then that Prize is forfeited by that person, and an alternative winner will be selected at random from the relevant Prize draw. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. The Prizes must be accepted as awarded. No rebooking or assignment will be allowed. The Prizes are non-transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

8. If a winner of any one of the Promotions cancels their order following the draw:

   1. the winner will be deemed to forfeit their entitlement to the relevant Prize and such Prize will be redrawn by the Promoter;

   2. if requested by the Promoter, the winner will pay to the Promoter a cancellation penalty equal to 25% of their order value; and

   3. if requested by the Promoter, the winner will pay to the Promoter an amount equal to the full cost of that Prize.

9. Acceptance of the Tour Prize or the Travel Credit Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details and photographs for promotional and media purposes without any further reference, payment or other compensation to the winner.

4. Use of Personal Information

1. Participants grant the Promoter the right to collect personal information for the purposes of marketing communications and conducting the Promotions, and may disclose such personal information to third parties. Entry is conditional on providing this personal information.

2. The collection of personal information will occur in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy.

5. General

1. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotions (including any suspension, modification, cancellation or termination of the Promotions (or any one of them)), whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

2. Without limiting the previous paragraph, the Promoter is not liable for entries, Prize claims or correspondence that is misplaced, misdirected, delayed, lost, incomplete, illegible or incorrectly submitted, or loss of, damage to or delay in delivery of Prizes.

3. If any one of the Promotions cannot run as planned for any reason beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may end, change, suspend or cancel any Promotion or disqualify affected entries without prior notice to any person.

4. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not waive those rights.

5. The Promoter’s decisions in connection with all aspects of the Promotions are final and cannot be challenged by a participant.

6. The Promoter makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of the Promoter's records or identification of each eligible entry.  The Promoter takes no responsibility for any act, omission, error or malfunction resulting in failure to record any eligible entry. The Promoter is not required to provide any information regarding the Promotions, entries or winners to any person, except as expressly set out in these Terms.
